- All DVD players, Audio, Sony
Digital Voice Recorders, and
car electronics have 7 day
return policy. Any installed car
equipment cannot be returned to
us.
- 7 days for Laptop computers.
All Laptops that have been
registered cannot be returned
for any reason. Defective
Laptops must be sent to
manufacturer for repairs.
- Projectors may be returned
within 7 days of receipt of
package.
- All Televisions may not be
returned or exchanged for any
reason. If a television is not
working properly, please contact
the manufacturer for repair. We
are sorry for any inconvenience
this may cause you.
- Only brand new and sealed
Small Appliances will be
accepted for return within 7
days of receipt. All used or
opened appliances cannot be
returned. If the item is
defective please contact the
manufacturer. Due to health
regulations we cannot accept
returns on these items.

Returns require an RMA Number
issued by our Customer Service

International Orders:
If this is the will be the
first time you are using a credit
card issued by a non-USA bank to
make a purchase at Cameras and
Electronics.com we require a
legible fax or e-mail with a
picture of both sides of the card
you will be using to finalize your
order. Only American Express
credit/charge cards or a Wire
Transfer can be used for
International Orders. If verification cannot be properly confirmed we reserve the right refuse payment and request that a wire transfer be the only method of payment accepted.
Some products offered are parallel import models. U.S.A. products may vary in price. At this time we do not ship any Home Audio products out of the U.S.A.
Verification
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Some orders are subject to our
Verification procedure which means
that, for your protection from
credit card fraud or identity
theft, we may ask you to verify
that you're the card owner or that
the order and ship-to information
is legitimate. This process rarely
delays an order, and generally
requires either a simple call-back
(which can be done after business
hours) or a fax. Once your order is verified and ready to ship we then charge your credit card. If your order
requires verification, we will
advise you by phone or e-mail.
This is why it's important that
you leave both day and home phone
numbers when ordering and that you
keep your information current.
It is also important that you
understand what we mean by bill-to
information. The bill-to address
is the address to which your bank
mails your monthly credit card
statement. The bill-to address you
give us must be the same as the
address that the bank which issued
your credit card has on file.
Please be sure you provide the
correct information, even if the
products are to be shipped to a
different location. We regret that
this is necessary, but it is
designed to protect the card owner
as well as the retailer. Shipments going to hotels, or motels, must be prepaid either by wire transfer or
with a money order issued by a US bank.
